(A) The Commission will be comprised of up to 17 marketing professionals representing different sectors of the community all of whom shall be appointed by the Village President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. The Chairman of the Commission shall be designated by the Village President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. Departments and offices represented on the Committee shall include but limited to those listed below:
(1) Downtown business community.
(2) Independent business community.
(3) Auto dealers.
(4) Chamber of Commerce.
(5) Tourism.
(6) Entertainment and music.
(7) Transportation.
(8) Schools and colleges.
(9) Park District.
(10) Legislators.
(11) Residents.
(B) The commission will also include associate members.
