§ 32.301 PROBATIONARY PERIOD - POLICE.
   A probationary period of 12 months shall be served by all sworn members/officers of the Police Department upon their original appointment to the Department, but all time spent in attending training schools and seminars shall be excluded in calculating the probationary period.
