§ 32.300 CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION ESTABLISHED.
   The provisions of ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5 §§ 10-1-1 through 10-1-48, in regard to civil service and the Civil Service Commission, are hereby declared applicable within the village, except as modified, pursuant to the village's home rule powers, by any provision of this code of ordinances.
