(A) The Sister Cities Commission will be composed of nine members.
(B) The members of the Sister Cities Commission, including the Chairman, shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. All nine members of the Commission shall serve for the term of one year, and all appointments shall be made in like manner as in the case of the initial commissioners. A Commissioner having been duly appointed shall continue to serve after the expiration of his or her term until his or her successor has been appointed. All terms shall expire on April 30.
