§ 32.227 RECEIPT AND DEPOSIT OF SURCHARGE FUNDS.
   All monies received by the Emergency Telephone System Board pursuant to the surcharge imposed under Chapter 127 of this Code, as amended from time to time, shall be deposited into an Emergency Telephone System Fund account. The Village Treasurer shall be custodian of the Fund. All interest accruing on the Fund shall remain in the Fund.
