(A) To prepare and recommend to the President and Board of Trustees of the village any and all plans which the Commission shall deem proper for the fulfillment of its purpose, specifically including any policies recommending types of economic incentives that may be appropriate for the retention and expansion of current businesses within the village.
(B) To recommend policies for the licensing of existing businesses within the village.
(C) To recommend to the President and Board of Trustees such changes in the comprehensive plan of the village as may be proper for the fulfillment of the purpose of the Commission.
(D) To prepare and recommend to the President and Board of Trustees plans or recommendations for specific improvements in pursuance of the purposes of the Commission.
(E) To give aid to the officials of the village charged with the direction of projects or improvements embraced within the purpose of the Commission.
(F) To arrange and conduct any form of publicity relative to its activities for the general purpose of promotion and public understanding.
(G) To cooperate with any and all other agencies in all activities which may bear upon the purpose of the Commission.
