§ 32.147 MEMBERS TO ESTABLISH RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   Immediately following their appointment, the members of the Industrial Commercial Commission shall meet, organize, and adopt such rules, regulations, and procedures as the Commission shall deem proper. The Commission shall keep written records of its procedures and shall file an annual report with the President of the village, setting forth its transactions and recommendations.
