§ 32.117 MEETINGS.
   The Commission shall hold meetings as may be necessary, and the meetings shall be held in the village hall or in some other suitable place. Regular meetings will be held the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. The Commission shall keep written records of its proceedings.
