(A) The membership of the Economic and Commercial Commission shall be composed of 11 members and four associate members, all of whom must be residents of the village. Associate members shall not be entitled to vote or to be counted for purposes of establishing a quorum. One associate member shall be the President of the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce.
(B) The Chair and Vice Chair and the 9 regular members will be appointed by the Mayor of the village with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. The members of the Commission shall serve on an annual basis as will the associate members.
