§ 32.004 REPORTING.
   Each Commission, Board or Committee will make at least one annual formal presentation to the Village Board which will include at least these primary items:
   (A)   The purpose of the Commission, Board or Committee.
   (B)   The policies and programs of the particular commission.
   (C)   The annual objectives of the commission.
   (D)   Progress to that date on meeting the previously listed objectives.
