§ 31.221 DUTIES.
   The Human Resources/Risk Management Coordinator shall provide professional and technical personnel services to administration and staff. He or she shall perform tasks related to recruitment, policy development and interpretation, compensation plan administration, employee communications and training. He or she shall also be the alternate representative to serve, if the delegate is unable to carry out the duties as the village's representative to the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency.
