§ 31.196 DUTIES.
   The Midnight Records Clerk shall be responsible for routine clerical tasks under the supervision of appropriate designated police personnel and in accordance with definite instructions. Additionally, the Midnight Records Clerk will perform Matron duties for female prisoners, and must work from midnight to 8:00 a.m.
