(A) Creation of office. There if hereby created the office of Planner, a professional office of the village.
(B) Duties. The Planner shall be responsible for assisting the Director of Planning in all phases of the planning and zoning activities of the village.
(C) Appointment; term of office. The Planner shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Trustees and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and Board of Trustees.
(D) Compensation. The Planner shall receive such compensation as the Village Board shall fix from time to time.
(E) Description of job. A job description setting forth the duties and responsibilities of the office is attached to Ordinance 94-0-069, passed September 27, 1994, and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
