§ 31.142 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   It shall be the duty of the Zoning Administrator to administer and enforce the zoning regulations. For such purpose he shall have the powers of a police officer. The Zoning Administrator shall make a report to the Board of Trustees not less than once a month covering his work during the preceding period.
