§ 31.135 ESTABLISHMENT OF OFFICE; APPOINTMENT AND TERM.
   (A)   There is hereby created the office of Assistant Village Manager, an administrative and supervisory office of the village.
   (B)   The Assistant Village Manager shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the Board of Trustees, and shall serve for a term of one year.
