§ 31.094 ASSISTANT PUBLIC WORKS OFFICE MANAGER.
   (A)   Creation of office. There is hereby created the office of Assistant Public Works Office Manager, an administrative office of the village, reporting to the Public Works Office Manager.
   (B)   Appointment and term of office. The Assistant Public works Office Manager shall be appointed by the President with the approval of the Board of Trustees, upon the recommendation of the Village manager, and shall serve at the pleasure of the President and Board of Trustees.
   (C)   Duties. The Assistant Public Works Office Manager shall be responsible for varied supervisory duties that relate to the functioning and operation of the Public Works Department and the Water and Sewer Department, and shall be responsible for all duties as outlined in the village-approved job description.
   (D)   Compensation. The Assistant Public Works Office Manager shall receive such compensation as the Village Board shall fix from time to time.
