§ 31.060 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)    There is created the office of Director of Community Development, an administrative office of the village.

   (B)    The Director of Community Development shall be appointed by the Village President with the approval of the Board of Trustees and shall serve for a term of one year at the pleasure of the President and Board of Trustees.
