§ 31.007 BOND AND OATH; COMPENSATION.
   (A)    Before entering upon the duties of his office, the President shall give a bond with sureties, in an amount not less than that provided by statute, conditioned upon his faithful performance of his duties.
   (B)    The President shall take the oath of office as prescribed by statute.

   (C)    Compensation; reimbursement.
      (1)    The President of the village shall receive such compensation per year as may be set from time to time by the Board of Trustees, which payment shall be made in equal monthly installments.
      (2)    The President shall receive such compensation per year as may be set from time to time by the Board of Trustees as Liquor Commissioner of the village, which sum shall be payable on June 1 of each year.
      (3)    The President may be reimbursed for expenses incurred by him in attending meetings of the Board of Trustees or for any other expenses as may be incurred by the President when in the course of his duties as President or Liquor Commissioner.
