A substitute for any original proposition in debate may be entertained when further amendment is not admissible; if accepted by the mover of the original proposition, or by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Trustees present, it shall entirely supersede the original proposition, and cut off all amendments appertaining to the original proposition.
