§ 30.75 METHOD FOR BRINGING MOTION BEFORE BOARD.
   (A)    No motion shall be debated unless it is seconded. When a motion is seconded it shall be stated by the presiding officer before debate, and upon the affirmative vote of a majority of the Trustees present, any motion shall be reduced to writing by the proposer and the proposer of the motion shall be entitled to the floor.

   (B)    In all cases where a resolution or motion is entered on the minutes of the Board of Trustees, the names of the Trustees moving and seconding the same shall also be entered on the minutes.
