§ 30.59 CERTAIN LANGUAGE TO BE USED TO ADOPT ORDINANCES.
   The style of ordinances passed shall be in substantially the following form:
   "Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Tinley Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, as follows:"
