§ 30.44 PRESIDENT AND CLERK; EX OFFICIO MEMBERS; ALL COMMITTEES.

The President and Clerk of the Village shall be ex officio non-voting members of all Standing Committees and Special/Ad Hoc Committees of the Village Board unless the Board of Trustees shall direct otherwise.
