§ 30.27 AMENDMENT, REPEAL OF RULES.
   These rules may be amended or repealed at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Trustees; provided, that written notice of those amendments or motions for repeal shall have been presented to the Board of Trustees at a prior meeting of the Board of Trustees.
