§ 30.21 DECORUM OF MEMBERS.
   (A)    While the presiding officer is putting the question, or while business is being transacted, no member shall walk across or out of the Board of Trustees meeting room except by unanimous consent of the Trustees present. (

   (B)    The Board of Trustees shall determine its own rules of proceeding and punish its members for disorderly conduct. With the concurrence of two-thirds of the Trustees elected, it may expel a Trustee, but not a second time for the same offense.
