The Board of Trustees may at any time move to go into closed meeting (session), at which session all but members of the Board of Trustees, the Village President, and the Village Clerk may be excluded. Any such session shall be called in the manner required by the Illinois Open Meetings Act. At any closed session the Board of Trustees may consider only those items as are permitted by the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
