§ 30.15 ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER.
   The rules of parliamentary practice comprised in "Robert's Rules of Order, Revised Edition," shall govern the Board of Trustees in all cases in which they are applicable, and in which they are not inconsistent with the standing rules of the Board of Trustees.
