Effective for billing periods beginning January 1, 2024, regardless of the type(s) or utility services provided (e.g., water, wastewater collection, sewer treatment, stormwater, etc.) each utility bill shall be subject to an administrative fee per billing period. The administrative fee shall apply to the entire billing period and shall not be subject to proration.
