220.15 COMMITTEES; CHAIRPERSONS.

(a) The Mayor is hereby authorized to select and appoint members for each committee of Council and is also authorized to select and appoint a Chairperson from the members of Council for each committee of Council.

(b) The Mayor shall establish a policy as to the selection process for the appointment of each Chairperson and advise Council accordingly.
