220.14 RECORDING SECRETARY.

The Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to employ a Recording Secretary for the purpose of recording, in writing, the proceedings of Council. Said Recording Secretary shall be compensated as determined from time to time by Council.
