(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) House numbering. Any person violating the provisions of § 151.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, before the City Recorder, be subject to a fine of not less than $1 or more than $5 for each day’s neglect or refusal.
(C) Satellite dishes. Failure to comply with the provisions of § 151.02 shall be a violation and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $25 for each and every day the violation is allowed to exist.
