§ 110.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Penalty(s) for violation of any section of §§ 110.001 through 110.016 are to be set by resolution.
      (2)   Each day’s violation of a provision of §§ 110.001 through 110.016 constitutes a separate violation.
      (3)   A citation or other charging instrument filed in court shall include all violations from the date of any written warning notice (also known as abatement), as cited in the charging instrument.
   (C)   Violation of any provision of §§ 110.045 through 110.059 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $200.

   (D)   Unless otherwise indicated, any offense under this chapter is classified as a violation punishable by a fine set by resolution. Penalties not set by resolution shall be $250 per violation.
