§ 110.054 DRIVER’S PERMITS REQUIRED.

No person shall drive or allow another person to drive a taxicab without a valid state Class 4 license and a taxicab driver’s permit issued under § 110.055. Taxicab driver’s permits shall be valid for no more than one year and all permits shall expire on December 31 of each year.
