§ 91.150 OFF-PREMISES DIRECTIONAL OR OFF-FRONTAGE SIGNS.
   No off-premises directional or off-frontage signs are allowed in the R.O.W. for commercial enterprises. This restriction does not apply to the local non-profit organizations exceptions described in § 91.149.
