Sections 52.015 through 52.020, 52.050 through 52.060 and 52.999 not in conflict with this subchapter shall apply equally to a pressure sewer/STEP sewer system. The city reserves the right to shut off water service to any pressure sewer or STEP sewer system if the city reasonably believes that doing so is necessary to prevent, control or stop an overflow of the sanitary sewer for the safety of public health and the protection of the environment.
