§ 52.020 GREASE TRAPS.
   (A)   Grease removal maintenance requirements. Grease traps/interceptors shall be maintained in efficient operating condition by periodic, and complete, removal of all contents of the device, including wastewater, accumulated F.O.G., floating materials, sludge, and solids. Grease traps/interceptors shall be cleaned at a minimum semi-annually.
   (B)   All owners of properties, or any person affiliated with the property or business, that obtain sewer services from the city shall annually provide their service documentation of their grease trap/interceptor for each calendar year. All service documents will be provided to the city within 60 days after the last day of each calendar year.
