(A) Grease traps provided. Adequate grease traps shall be provided for all commercial and industrial establishments.
(B) Grease removal maintenance requirements. Grease traps/interceptors shall be maintained in efficient operating condition by periodic and complete removal of all contents of the device, including wastewater, accumulated F.O.G., floating materials, sludge and solids. Grease traps/interceptors shall be cleaned at a minimum semi-annually.
