§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation by any person of the provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.13 shall be deemed to be a violation and be punishable upon conviction a fine up to $250 per offense or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both.
   (C)   Violation of any provision of §§ 50.40 through 50.46 is punishable by a fine not to exceed $100, or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
   (D)   Unless otherwise indicated, any offense under this chapter is classified as a violation punishable by a fine set by resolution.
