§ 34.054 REMEDIES CUMULATIVE.
   Except as otherwise provided in §§ 34.055 and 34.057, the remedies provided in §§ 34.051, 34.052 and 34.053 are cumulative. No action taken pursuant to those sections shall relieve any person from the penalty provisions of this subchapter.
