(A) The city may, upon written request of a dealer or subdealer, cancel any license issued to the dealer or subdealer, the cancellation to become effective 30 days from the date of receipt of the written request.
(B) If the city ascertains and finds that the person to whom a license has been issued is no longer engaged in the business of a dealer or subdealer, the city may cancel the license of the dealer or subdealer upon investigation after 30 days’ notice has been mailed to the last known address of the dealer or subdealer.
