509.10 PUBLIC URINATION AND DEFECATION PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall urinate or defecate on any City street, alley, sidewalk, parking lot, boulevard, other public place or any private property not intended or designed for use as a public restroom.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
