The City shall provide group term life insurance with an accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) provision to the Director of Law effective January 1, 2000 and all full- time employees of the City who are not covered by collective bargaining agreements including the Mayor, the Director of Finance and the Tiffin Municipal Court Judge. The employee shall designate policy beneficiary(s).
