165.11 ACCUMULATED HOLIDAY PAY FOR CHIEF AND CAPTAIN OF POLICE DEPARTMENT UPON RETIREMENT.

The Director of Finance is directed to pay to the Chief of Police and the Captain of the Police Department a sum equal to the per diem value of each officer's unused holidays accumulated prior to his promotion to either the position of Captain or Chief upon retirement.
