(a) All paid personnel engaged in services for the Park and Recreation Board shall be employees of the City of Tiffin, and shall be either full-time or part-time employees by designation of the Board or a designated member thereof, and subject to statutory or ordinance rules governing such employment.
(b) The Park and Recreation Board shall not be an employer for purposes of collective bargaining as contemplated by Chapter 4117, Public Employees' Collective Bargaining Act.
