The Park and Recreation Board shall have the authority to implement classifications for personnel needed for its programs, recommend rates of compensation for such positions, determine entrance level qualifications, performance standards, provisions for hiring and provisions for terminations for good cause, and shall establish written regulations governing such procedures.
