SECTION 5.05 APPOINTMENTS BY MAYOR-ELECT.

When the Board of Elections certifies a Mayor-Elect's election, the Mayor-Elect may submit to the Council a list of appointments for those positions the Mayor-Elect is required to fill at the beginning of the Mayor-Elect's term. These appointments when approved by the Council shall be effective the first day of the Mayor-Elect's term.
