131.09 WAIVER OF PERMIT FEES DURING NATURAL DISASTERS.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to waive the zoning permit and flood plain zoning permit application fees for property owners who seek permits to repair their property as a result of a natural disaster when the City of Tiffin and/or Seneca County has declared an emergency.
