1145.14 TICKETING PROCEDURE.

If the condition has not been corrected upon re-inspection following the issuance of a notice of violation, the person or persons responsible shall be issued a ticket by the police. Such ticket shall:

(a) Be served by registered mail.

(b) Be in writing.
