The Advisory Committee is a standing committee established pursuant to Montana Code Annotated 7-6-1604. The Advisory Committee shall meet at the direction of the City Council.
A. The Impact Fee Advisory Committee must have representation as defined by State law. The committee shall review and monitor the process of calculating, assessing, and spending impact fees; (Ord. 375-2017, 9-26-2017)
B. File annual written reports with respect to any perceived inequities in implementing the CIP or imposing the impact fees. (Ord. 299-06-07, 4-24-2007, eff. 5-24-2007)
