3-6-4: APPLICABILITY:
This chapter shall be applicable to all development that occurs within the corporate jurisdiction of the City, as may be amended in the future, and shall apply uniformly within each service area. (Ord. 299-06-07, 4-24-2007, eff. 5-24-2007)
