A. Liability For Expense, Loss Or Damage: Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter or fail to comply with the foregoing requirements shall become liable to the City for any expense, loss, or damages occasioned to the City by reason of such violation or failure of compliance.
B. Discontinue Water Service For Nonpayment Of Charges: In the event of nonpayment of charges for either water or sewer service and benefits to any premises, the City Council may direct the supply of water to such premises to be discontinued until such charges are paid. (Ord. 196, 9-9-1980)
