A. Owner Responsible For Expense: All costs and expense incident to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the City from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the building sewer.
B. Compliance With State And Federal Regulations: All construction work will be done in accordance with all State and Federal occupational safety and health legislation.
C. Conforming To Standards: Refer to the Public Design Standards.
D. Streets, Roadways, Sidewalks: The contractor shall give sufficient (a recommended minimum of forty-eight (48) hours) for sufficient inspection and testing during the backfilling operation. (Ord. 196, 9-9-1980; amd. 2000 Code; Ord. 395-2022, 6-14-2022)
